Bidrage med feedbackThe place was really full, despite that we got 2 seats and the food we found very well. We were kindly served and, the price we found a little high, but we were satisfied.
Impossible!!!! It started with the restaurant owner and his staff claiming that we (4 adults and 3 children) would not have reserved a table. After all, our reservation was found and we were allowed to sit at a table. Beverages came very quickly and the waiter accepted our food order. A time later, about 15 minutes, the neighboring table was occupied with 10 persons next to us. So we waited for our food and now ordered the 2nd round of drinks after another waiter came to our hand mark. Unfortunately, it was not considered and asked if the empty beverage glasses should be replaced again. In the meantime, 1.5 hours had passed and we first got the salads.....supi, we thought, then the food is coming. FALSCH GEDACHT. The neighboring table with 10 people got his food, but we didn't. On demand from the waiter as long as it takes, it was not really reacted. The boss asked, Salate had them already, right? Yeah, well, the empty plates were already cleared. And then no more. The 10's neighboring table was now ready with the food, as well as other tables around us that were occupied after us. Just to the point that restaurant was not mega full now, so there could be an excuse for this situation. Of course there was something more to do and then it goes without saying if the food was vague. a little longer does not take, if all others come after one, get their food before and we just nix. There have been a little more than 2 hours and we had IMMER NOCH NIX!. We were there at 18:30h, among other things with an almost 3 year old toddler. Shortly after 20:30h we still had no food. All right, we're leaving. We spoke directly to the boss, he didn't want to hear right at all and called immediately in Greek into the kitchen. But we didn't want to eat anymore. It was just too late and the hunger was past us. He apologised, wanted to wait for the food and offered everyone an ouzo.....on sober stomach, no thanks!! But the crowning of the whole thing was that we had to settle the beverage bill at the waiter in full (30eur) and not even came to us as a gesture of apology, e.g. with the release of the heeled beverage bill or even the complete decree. No! We will not visit this restaurant again!!!!!
On the recommendation of our accommodation we made our way to the “Acropolis”. On the spot we realized that there was no room outside. If the two ladies were obviously told before us local clientele, they might wait inside for a table outside, we were immediately told by the boss that there was no room left. We were told that in 90 minutes we could get a place when we came back. We had the impression that we, as tourists, were second choice, as it was most likely that there was a visit. We then promised to come back after 90 minutes, and we had the time for the proverbial ears, even though after a day on the wheels, the stomachs were already grumping. After the waiting period we returned and the game repeated. The couple right in front of us was asked to wait, we were told that nothing was still free. When we called on the agreement reached – we could see that a change of guests had taken place at many tables, the reaction was quite unnoticed: “What should I do?” My husband, Franzose, proposed to give reservation customers a call. What a sneak! The reaction was to tell my husband, let him go to France! If that had been different, “Grieche, go to Greece, we would at best have an indication of racism at the back. We then – despite everything, have declared ready to wait for the next table to be released, but then it was said that it would take a long time. My husband then asked for a business card to publish an appropriate assessment on the Internet. Then the boss became extremely aggressive and outrageous. A French-speaking guest then let us know “more service cannot be expected here.” Nett meant... Conclusion: The restaurant knows exactly that there is more than enough demand in the season. It's being used shamelessly. Service equal to zero. At the interpersonal level one can only say: completely next to it. Anyone who reads this criticism may boycott this restaurant BITTE! Under “normal” circumstances, we will certainly eat out by 100 times a year. But an experience like this has remained spared us – God his thanks – until today.
Sympathetic hosts, flexible and accommodating. The food was great (Gyros from the oven) to great (Meze warm). Great address in Havelberg with beautiful terrace in a side street.
The staff is completely incompetent and unfriendly. You wait very long for food and then it is still cold or you don't get it at all. That was quite the worst restaurant visit . Not recommended!!!!
