New China Takeaway - Havant

This restaurant experience was absolutely terrible. The food was inedible, with raw chicken balls and sinew-filled ribs. We ended up having to throw it away. We will never be dining here again.

The food at this restaurant was very disappointing, with poorly cooked chicken balls, hard chips, and cold and bland chicken chow mein. The service was also rude when trying to complain. This was my second meal from there and I was very disappointed.

Ordered several dishes for a family of 6 on a Saturday night. Took an hour to arrive but was excellent quality. Various dishes all very good standard. I don’t order often but they have never left me down when I do. Members of our family are not from this area but all commented on the meal being hot and such good quality.

Food came and looked unappealing, when dishing up I found a black hair in one of the dishes. Customer service wasn’t that great either as they didn’t seem bothered by the incident and would only give a discount on my next meal. Totally put me off my food so all went in the bin. I will not be ordering from here again!

Randomly refused to deliver to our address anymore with no reason whatsoever. Management refused to explain the reason behind this .was a loyal customer for a good couple of years .I would strongly advise any one who expect a fair service to stay well clear .
