Bidrage med feedbackI am frustrated with the poor attention to detail at this restaurant. Today, I simply ordered 2 quarter pounder meals and some cheese bites. I specifically requested no onions on one of the burgers, yet it still came with onions. This is not the first time this mistake has occurred, as it has happened multiple times when dining in or ordering through delivery services.
I stopped by the drive-thru for a quick snack and ordered a few items. After being asked to park and wait, I waited 15 minutes only to be informed that they had forgotten about my order. An older woman quickly handed me my bag without even offering an apology before walking away.
This McDonald's is the worst in the world. It took 20 minutes to get two Happy Meals, which is ridiculous. The food was cold, so I'm not even going to wait for them to cook fresh. I will definitely be going somewhere else next time. Such an embarrassing experience.
Worst McDonald’s in the UK. Went in Sunday night and it took 40 minutes to get served. I thought it’d be a one off so tried it again tonight and it was the same. Ages to be served, food was cold, staff were rude but looked like they were enjoying themselves making videos on their phones so there’s that. Seriously, stay away from this place they don’t deserve your money
Today I went to order some breakfast at the counter, as I like to pay with cash to keep track of my spending, only to be told I “MUST” use one of their machines to order !! I asked why she couldn’t take my order and I was told “It’s how we do it here” I told the young girl I was paying with cash which is still legal in the U.K. and was told “just hit cancel at the end of my order and I can come back to the counter to pay” If I have to go back to the counter to pay WHY CAN’T YOU TAKE MY ORDER ? “It’s how we do it here” I’m 63 I now hate those ordering machines in McDonalds. I had a simple order which would take 30 seconds to impart to a helpful member of staff but there wasn’t one because “It’s how we do it here” Instead it took me several minutes to enter an order and double check every entry and avoid annoying inane efforts of the machine to get me to purchase things I had no interest in !! Finally I went back to the counter to pay and asked why no other McDonald’s I use regularly around the U.K. does this ? I was told “It’s how we do it here” with the adage “it’s not us it’s the area management” !!! So please would the AREA MANAGER please reply to this COMPLAINT and not leave it to the unfortunate shop manager who usually gets shafted by having to reply to complaints which are the fault of disconnected management !! In short why is it fine to TAKE MY CASH at the counter but not my order ? Don’t even think of using COVID as an excuse as that is illogical….as my order is verbal unlike handing over my cash ! Also why are you THE ONLY McDonald’s to have such a practice ?
