Costa Coffee - Havant

What is it with Costa , such poor hygiene standards , tables dirty , seats dirty and with days worth of crumbs accumulated on them, floor poor , juat generally very mucky. Also firdge unit for drinks not working/ on so soft drinks were luke warm Just really poor basic standards

Very nice Costa with very attentive staff and fast service. Don't bother trying to connect to the WiFi ..... I tried several times and it never got to the sign in page once so I gave up.

This is by far the best managed Costa we have been to. Always clean and the staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. It's become our go to coffee shop.

Staff member argued with me and had a disgusting attitude after I asked if a drink could be made without syrup or sugar-free syrup for a diabetic customer. To thus day cannot understand why the drink requested couldn't be made this way as I've gone to other stores, and they were quite capable of doing it without an argument and changes in drink order. Poor young lad who was trying to serve me on the till got caught in the middle. Won't come back to thus store after that experience.

Clean, tidy and lovely staff. A very good Costa coffee shop!
