Terrible they charged me 4 times for 1 plate and took over 30 minutes to refund my money. Plus the food was awful 4 choices and all they had was 4 choices. Never coming back.

This place should be ashamed of themselves. Ordered the Bi Bim Bap and it was horrible no taste on the grizzle beef and WTH is Roman lettuce. The only thing good in the dish was the egg . Meat Jun was a bust too, they used beef knuckle and let me tell you my jaw is hurting from fighting with the flavorless pieces. The sides were mung bean sprouts and Mac salad was a joke. Wait till Kaneohe and go to Tasty BBQ or Kalbi on fire in Kahuku.

I don't know why this place gets any good reviews. We went early and waited 30 min for our food. It was not that busy. The main worker was very confused. Took our order and decided to give us whatever sides he felt like. No mention of anything that was out. The meat was very gristly. Inedible. There's got to be better options on the north shore.
