Walk On's Sports Bistreaux Hattiesburg

Three of us had dinner and each meal was great. Kayla did an excellent job taking care of us as well. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Have ordered Surf and turf hamburger many times and came on tasty bun. This was my go to staple. Always great. Today ordered same and came on dry toasted bread. Ingredients didn’t fill bread so several bites were just onions. Smaller burger and onions were not caramelized, maybe sautéed . This version is a shadow of the previous burger and will not order again. Changing to a “melt” doesn’t work for me.

Julia is absolutely the best thing ever. Most all of the staff were amazing. The hostess was a bit rude, but everything else about the experience was made even better by Julia. I loved that the manager came by our table to check on us, too, as he did with all the other tables, as well. This place is incredible, and Julia is such an asset to this place!! Thank you for a wonderful, not just dinner, but experience!

The restaurant was very busy but our waitress (Carlee) was very attentive and kind. All of our orders were correct even though we had some special requests. We also noticed the manager on duty was very hands on. He was monitoring the restaurant while helping his servers, which was so nice to see. Absolutely horrible place! Read the name and just do yourself a favor and WALK ON to a decent restaurant! I suggested this place as a good place to go after my daughter's graduation. We got there an hour before closing and with over half the tables empty it still took 15 mins to be seated. We looked over the menu and ordered a round of drinks and appetizers. The drinks came out after 10 mins and the appetizer shortly after so all was good. After we finished our first round, had the appetizer plates cleaned and stacked away for the waitress she came back and we ordered another round. She refilled the two teas and never came back with drinks. The next time she visited the table we asked for our drinks and she told us the bar was closed even though we had put in a prior order. We then sat and watched other people get served at the bar while we was not allowed. We asked the bartender to serve us but she said we would have to get it from our server! We told them to keep the food and we would leave. The manager came over and we explained this to him in a very professional manner. He tried to charge us for the whole meal, and we told him that was not going to happen and he could keep the food! He tried to give us this story about how he had so many people come in and it was just ruff. The manager had no concern about making it right, but just getting us out of the establishment so he could close. I wish I could leave less than 1 star. We was completely ready to drop a healthy bill on food and leave a very generous tip! Now I will only do my best to tell any person that I know to stay completely away from this place! Absolute trash restaurant that I would never recommend, or go too again!
