Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Hattiesburg

Used to be the better location in Hattiesburg but I'm bringing it to a one star because of what looks like mold growing on the drink fountain in the lobby. My lemonade tasted funny so I decided to inspect the fountain. Noticed it around the ice dispenser.??

The food was hot and delicious, except for the fries. The staff were friendly, but overwhelmed. Like many other places, they are short staffed so the wait is longer. Overall it was a good experience and great food.Food: 5/5

As per usual using the app did not pay off. Pulled up and the person at the drive through states we don’t have any chicken sandwiches. With no explanation or alternative. Then…Pull Up. So dumb!!

Chicken thigh was raw and they talk so much I asked for honey and she still forgot after asking me to repeat order three times.

The employees was extremely rude and we asked for sweet tea and they gave us coke after we asked to change the drink, the cashier at the window said no it’s already been made. I asked for blacken ranch and she only gave me one and said there was only one.
