Mcdonald's - Hattiesburg

I visited two different McDonald's today and encountered issues with the ordering kiosks at both locations. The kiosks wouldn’t recognize the items I tried to select for my order. At one McDonald's, I gave up and opted to order at the counter instead. At the second location, an employee helped me by using a different kiosk, which actually worked. It was really frustrating, especially since I’ve used kiosks at other McDonald's without any problems.

Very slow people takes 15 minutes to get food. Then it's cold. 98 one is better

I always have a negative experience whenever I visit; it never seems to change.

I work nearby so I go here for a quick breakfast fairly often and it seems like everytime I go there's either a homeless person begging for something or the workers are acting like they're mad at the world and taking it out on the customers.

I do not eat bread, so the double cheese burger was put on top of lettuce and tomatoes for me. Wonderful service and freshest food as well as a Caramel Frappe that is impossible to beat! Great crew at this location!
