Cicis Pizza - Hattiesburg

I like going here with my grandchildren because they enjoy the pizza buffet. You have a good selection of pizzas and always seem to have fresh pizza available. Every time I was there, the staff were friendly and attentive. It was always clean and all right, although they can be pretty busy. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a restaurant serving pizza on a buffet. You also have a few games for children.

It's cheap, so let that determine how good or not the food is. It's been decent since I've been coming here. Sometimes there won't be anything and you have get fresh pizza when they first bring it out, otherwise it's going to disappear almost immediately. When pizza sits there, it stays until someone gets the last slice, no matter how long it's been since it's been sitting out. They have a student discount for the buffet, which ends up being $5.88 with tax. I recommend sticking with the plain pepperoni pizza since it's consistently been pretty good. There's also a flatbread with bacon and chicken that's pretty good as well. The service is under par because employees don't seem to care about anything and keeping the place looking sort of unclean. It also seems like employees really try to avoid people because most of them are never around except maybe someone taking orders at the front and someone bringing pizza out.

Very bad experence. Sat down in not 1 but 3 diffrent broken chairs. Restrooms wear nasty. Food was on the floors. Ive came hear beforeand have have good experences. Today was the last time id go back. .

Plastic forks and knives, To-go cups for dine in, but plastic plates? So you only have to wash half as much? I have to clean my own plate up, and sort it at the trash areas, which also have buckets and cloths there for me to CLEAN MY TABLE? Why don't I just cook my damn food as well?

We visit this establishment often. I have to say this is the worst experience we have ever had. They were running out of food continuously, they kept putting half empty cold pans of pizza out to keep it looking full. They were allowing kids to go up and fill up plates without a parent being present. They ran out of pasta, then forgot to cook more. They remembered after being reminded, and then they actually put it out in the pan and it was burnt!!! The sweet tea that was in the dispenser was soured. The restrooms had no soap and no paper towels. Kudos to the young gentleman that was cleaning the tables, he seemed to be the only one concerned about his job. Needs better Management!!
