It's always something with this place. I was here two months ago and my food was cold. I came here a few weeks ago and they said their system was down so they didn't take orders. today I passed there and the lobby was locked so that you could not go in to command or add yourself. this place is at the shopping center, so it will be the business alone due to, but management must be evaluated.
This place has never opened the dining room. they say there are only 2 people working. I have seen more than two people working there when they need more people, then hire more people. I don't see the word. they don't come here if they want to dive.
I have preferred this Burger King over the others near, but now I know that there is really only one reliable manager. today I went through the passage to order my ordinary order, but the dame that took the order was brand new, still in training. It was left to take over all orders and with so many try to explain a simple order, I simply decided to go into order. here the real problems arise, three others have the wrong order. one before me and two after me. I told them that I wanted to dry this sandwich only with cheese and speck and instead got a fully dressed sandwich. this happens a lot at many almost food sites, so I decided to get a refund because, how busy they were from lack of personal. I waited until I thought what I thought was the shift down, I think his name was chey, he was extremely rude. he tried to refuse me a refund because I had no entry, but the new girl didn't know how to give a reception. I didn't leave the counter, nor did I get out of my eyes, as does he think it would be possible to prevent a refund of a worker defect from me? I even showed him the transaction and order number from my bank, the only reason I got a refund was because he was frustrated and wanted me to get away. the lady before me ordered an impossible hurensohn and received a regular hepper. throughout this whole process, the entire team made notices that they had to close both the journey through and the lobby to recover on the current order backlog. the tickets were not even printed out so that the chef could not even pick up if they wanted. I have paid with a card, but get money for my refund, which I very conveniently considered that I have been reduced two to four dollars less, but at this point I have only cut my losses.
Do not order delivery from this store they don't care about your order and will make it when they can. I waited 45 minutes for them to make my order. When I called and asked them about it the cancelled my order.This is what happens when you have young black people working.
