Whistle Trago - Hastings

Whistle Trago is a modern pub located in Hastings Old Town. The marquee also mentions the Deep Blue Cellar Bar, which is a separate venue on the same premises but was closed during my visit. While Whistle Trago may not cater to beer enthusiasts—its selection mainly features Heineken and some associated breweries like Beavertown—it does offer something that other pubs along the road lack. The pub stays open regularly until late in the evening, making it a great spot for a few last pints before closing time. Prices are generally higher than in other places in Hastings, except for Wetherspoons and Yates. The staff were very friendly, although the young barmaid had a bit of trouble pouring my pint. Overall, it's a nice place to unwind.

We had a wonderful time here and enjoyed a relaxing evening. The staff was incredibly friendly.

The staff was friendly and helpful. the paninis were good and the selection of drinks eclectic. very child-friendly and they have good taste in the music so everything in a great place to lunch

Fantastic range of cocktails and shots, great service and a nice ambience. Only reason I wouldn't give it 5 is because it's a little bit overpriced imo. Will definitely go again.
