Pizza Go Go - Hastings

I ordered dinner for my family tonight and I was impressed with the service we received. The manager is excellent at her job, making all customers feel welcome while handling multiple tasks on a busy night. She works incredibly well with her staff to ensure all the pizzas leave the shop in a timely manner and are of the highest quality. The food is perfect for a quick dinner and the restaurant is very reliable. I highly recommend this place.

I ordered 2 pizzas on Just Eat and they arrived on time without any issues. I have had the opportunity to try pizza in various countries, but these were the worst I have ever had. Both pizzas lacked flavor and were completely bland. I hate to leave negative reviews, especially considering the challenges we have all faced during the Covid pandemic, but I have to say that this meal was disappointing. I will not be ordering from here again.

We have affectionately dubbed this restaurant Pizza Slow Slow. The service is subpar and the food preparation time is slow. We do not plan on returning in the near future.

Really rude staff and took a long time for my pizza to arrive , could do better at customer skills which were non existent

We come here most weekends as we get good value for money, the only reason we come here tbf. But lately we haven’t been happy there seems to be a new manager here who is so rude and rude to his stuff the guy who used to run it who is still there he is a nice guy but the newer guy that is here has no people skills. My main reason for this review is that I was out on hold for 6 minutes then still they never picked up the phone, I tried to call back no answer I’ve now come into the shop where I have to wait for over 20 minutes. Again the manager is so rude to his staff
