New Year's Eve. We went to this steak restaurant with full anticipation. We got a nice snack: steak tartare: I thought it was rather tasteless, lacking in seasoning and not finely prepared enough. Then we got the starter, the tacos, not bad but not great either. Found it quite dry and it was also cold. The main course that everyone was really looking forward to. Unfortunately a big disappointment. The meat was brought but it was completely cold. Exactly as if this was left in the kitchen for 10 minutes after baking and then brought to you. After the meat was brought to the table we had to wait at least 5 minutes for the side dishes: fries and sauce. It's a shame that this wasn't brought together and it seems logical to me. The dessert was ok and I couldn't really fault it. The red wine we drank was also tasty. We also had to pay a deposit to secure our place which I understood but they almost pocketed this. Fortunately, after a smart and vigilant guest, we got our deposit back. Finally, we had to communicate our dishes a few days in advance. Unfortunately, one of our group did not get dessert and was also charged for this. I won't be coming back for this again. Paying so much money for a cold piece of meat was quite disappointing. Hopefully there will be better meat on my plate in 2024 that will also be a bit warmer.
