Walked in with my service dog (clearly vested) and was told I wasn’t allowed in there my OBVIOUS service dog. They didn’t get my business. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is my local Dunkin and I go every day before work. The food is average but the service is awful. I order through the app, but 90% of the time my order is wrong or incomplete and whenever I let them know they get annoyed. This could easily be avoided if who ever was making my order bothered to read the receipt. Also a lot of the time the app menu and restaurant menu aren’t in sync. I will order something on the app that the store doesn’t even have. The old managers and employees were great but it’s gone downhill since they left.

I get dunkin’ donuts every morning and it’s always something with them. first, they toasted an expiration sticker into my sandwich(which i didn’t realize until a few bites into it because it was fully in the middle of the sandwich). then got the bagel bites at a later date and they were rock hard, like super old, rock hard that not even heat can soften it and dried up cream cheese inside. gross. convenient location but don’t expect what u ordered to be good.
