Domino's Pizza - Harwood Heights

I would give this restaurant 1 star only because I cannot give it 0 stars. The manager on duty on January 3rd, 2022 at around 5:00 pm was incredibly rude. She had zero customer service skills, seemed uninterested in her job, and was dismissive when we found a hair in our pizza. When we raised the issue, they tried to blame us and then hung up on us. It was a truly awful experience.

I placed an order for curbside pickup and arrived at 4:55pm, but did not receive my pizza until 5:14pm. The 2-minute timer began once I clicked 'I'm here'. I called at 5:08pm to inform them that I was still waiting for my pizza, and all they said was that they would be right there.

Ordered small pizza and salad for pick up was told 25 mins. Walked in and was told it’ll be a few more minutes. Few mins later I ask how long and was told 9 mins so I waited in car. Went back in and gave me my order like nothing happened. Not going back there

Hot and fresh, fast delivery and super affordable. What more can you ask for? My delivery driver, Daniel, provided outstanding customer service as well!

The service is consistently excellent. The staff and drivers are very friendly and personable.
