Food was cooked hot and fresh to order, the Cod sandwich was also very good! Vegetarian options: They have a veggie burger that is tasty and thicker than most! I just wish they had more vegetarian or vegan options, they would be getting WAYYYYY more business! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

Disappointing experience at Culver's today. I went through the drive thru to place a takeout order, but the person taking my order was extremely rude and unfriendly. They seemed put off by my questions and requests, and their tone was curt and dismissive. The food may be good, but the customer service I received was subpar. Hopefully, the management will address this issue and provide better training for their staff. Until then, I'll think twice before returning. Aug. 24 9.09 PM.

Excellent food and clean family friendly environment

Must be the management! But the staff are always friendly, food is always fresh and made properly, someone is always cleaning, and there’s always steady traffic so you know it’s popular/good. Definitely my favorite Culver's location in Chicago!
