Starbucks - Harwich Port

It took 15 minutes to order and receive a plain coffee and tea. There was a huge line behind me. When I carried the drinks away, the top flipped off and the drinks spilled because the cover was not secure on the cup. The drinks were okay, but it was too frustrating to enjoy them.

It took 15 minutes to order and receive a plain coffee and a tea. A large line formed behind me as I waited. When I carried the drinks out, the lids flipped open and the drinks spilled everywhere. The covers were not the correct size for the cups. The drinks were okay, but I was too frustrated to enjoy them.

I have bought iced coffee from this restaurant twice and both times it was terrible. It tasted like it had been sitting in a container that was not properly cleaned after holding tomato juice. It does not compare to the quality of other Starbucks located in supermarkets.

Young gentleman working the counter was pleasant and hustling.

This Starbucks is never open. I’ve come 3-4 times before work and there’s no one is ever here, despite what the hours say.
