Mary's Kitchen - Hartwell

I really liked the food at this restaurant. However, it felt like we ended up spending a bit more than we had anticipated. The way they serve the dishes can be a bit confusing, especially if you're not great at math and don’t want to pull out your calculator while your food is waiting. That said, the food was excellent and the staff were friendly. I particularly enjoyed the fried chicken!

The variety of food options is fantastic! The prices are very reasonable! It feels just like home! The staff is wonderful! Make sure you don't leave without trying her sausage patty!

I enjoyed a fantastic homemade meal here that kept me satisfied for two days. Everything was perfectly prepared. I wasn't sure how to mix the dressing for the salad, but it was delicious nonetheless. I also had corn prepared in a way I've never experienced before, and it was wonderful. This place definitely surpasses any truck stop food. If you're willing to spend a little money, treat yourself to a meal here—you won’t regret it. The owners are genuinely good people who take pride in their cooking.
