Burger King - Hartwell

Personally, I really like Burger King's hamburgers, but the service they offer in Hartwell GA is very, very bad, when you enter the establishment you notice that you are not welcomed by the staff, but it was the final straw. the basso, with an arrogant and humiliating tone, the lady in front of the public told us in a loud voice that she cannot serve us and that they are only serving through self-service... But she was very kind in speeding up the pace to the main door and open the door and invite us out... I thought it was very rude treatment on their part, I think that if they can't provide service inside they should close the main door and post a notice clarifying the situation... For my part I do not recommend Nobody visits this site to avoid such an unpleasant time...

This is the third time between my husband and I we have shown up right after 6 am around 6:10,6:15 and they will not come to the drive through and keep the doors locked. I knocked on the window and they did not even turn around. Continued on their phones etc. absolutely ridiculous. Laziness. If you open at 6 am, you should be ready to serve at that time. The last few times we have been over the last 2/3 months our order has been completely wrong. The culture here is so lazy compared to every other drive thru in hartwell. Someone needs to hire an entire new set of employees.

Ordered at Drive-thru. I Placed order and had to wait maybe 5 min. for my food. The fries and chicken nuggets hot and not dried out and the whopper also fresh. I don't care to wait if my food is fresh... unlike another fast food place where you wait but food is not hot,not fresh and often order not right.

Went through drive-thru ordered 2 double ghost pepper whoppers was asked to pull up and I got no complaints food was good and the lady at the window was super

I came here on my break from work to get a burger cause I was craving it, not only was I greeted by the rudest person that could possibly offer customer service, my food was also very cold… i a:don’t understand why I have to wait 30 mins in the line just for my food to be cold….
