Kfc - Hartville

A little disappointed in chicken tenders. They were dry and hard.

Asked for a small little cup of gravy because they only give you a teaspoon on your mashed Potatoes was told I'd have to pay 3.19! Stop gouging your customers we will not be back.

Don't eat here this place is horrible the so called managers like to bully their 15 yr old employees the manager obviously encourages this behavior by calling her employees her slaves then the so called assistant managers pick on the younger employees to the point they have panic attacks when it their time to go to work.Their food is horrible and hell they don't treat the employees good so why would they treat their customers any better..well they dont..

Went through the drive through a little after 9pm. I ordered 2 soft tacos and a chicken quesadilla. 1 taco was crumpled, 1 taco was wet, the quesadilla was only half filled and it was all cold. Waist of my time and money. DO BETTER!!

I'd give the whole experience of five cuz I love KFC. But the place is so freaking expensive.
