Eating is good and the staff is friendly. dining room, bathroom and soda machine are all always clean and organized. no complaints

This place fell down. they need old man back or off or new management. always a problem ordering or picking up life means and the riders are now evil

Waited 30 mins, got home which is literally 6mins away. Fries were soggy and cold, and I MEAN COLD. Chicken was not good at all. The peach tea was straight water no flavor. Sorry but I will not go there again. Only good thing was the cashier guy taking the order. He was polite and professional.

Rick at the Hartford location is absolutely outstanding. We encountered some issues with our order through DoorDash, but he went above and beyond to make sure everything was corrected and that we were satisfied. We could not be more pleased with his excellent service.

I drove 40 minutes just for this experience, and it was completely worth it! The mango habanero sauce was a bit too spicy for my taste, but the Cajun mahi mahi was absolutely fantastic! The lemon pepper flavor is my favorite. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future.
