Pitta Gourmet - Hartford

Did not enjoy the pizza but that was my opinion and preference. Please judge for yourself. The place did not look safe and it could have been a lot more sanitary, but again please judge for yourself I'm bias I live in another state.

I had ordered a whole meatball grinder with mozzarella cheese lettuce and slices of tomatoes. Well the only thing that was wrong is that couple of meatballs was a tab hard. I am not sure if they put fresh meatballs in it or old ones maybe from another day but they should be using fresh meatballs and another thing the chef should go easy on the salt when making the meatballs other than that the grinder was good. I pray that they fixe their mistakes. The chef should be tasting his own food that way he can get them right.

Pita gourmet is a classic side of the street pizza and grinder shop. Right in the center of the Park St Mayhem, you can get all the fixins. I had the Turkey grinder with provolone cheese, fine shredded lettuce, fresh winter tomato's, mayo and salt and pepper.The turkey was fresh sliced, and the bread was a soft perfect sized roll.I will definitely head in for the pizza next.Just up from the Hartford public library Park St branch. Can't miss it!

I ordered a small order @2:30p when I received my order they got my order wrong, they didn’t even have the courtesy to bring the order to the door and were very rude. I would never spend a dime here again
