Bidrage med feedbackThis place is absolutely horrendous you should not eat here inside is disgusting and unclean food is usually undercooked staff are rude and disrespectful not to mention I have a specific food allergy and when I ordered my burger a certain way they handed me a plain burger with that particular condiment submerged all over the burger thankfully I check ahead of time before eating this could have killed me I highly recommend spending your money elsewhere beware the health department should look into this place it should be condemned or shut down
I’m pregnant, I didn’t noticed it was raw until I turned on the lights since I ordered at nighttime. you guys need to consider how harmful it is to be serving undercooked burgers before you get sued.
McDonald 's is a family fave for sure but over the years, like so many other fast food chains, they have lost sight of what true customer service is. It is unfortunate to see these establishments take the brand on their building for granted. I went through the drive through to grab something for my daughter and I and the greeting I got from the young man was what can I get you? ...like seriously?!!!! So I said good afternoon, how are you? And he seemed confused by that statement. He said what? So I repeated myself twice before he seemed to understand what I said. My first job was at a McDonald 's over 20 years ago and back then we set the bar for customer service. Back then employees cared about their customer and went the distance to make sure the customer 's order was accurate, food was hot and presentable, and we thanked a customer for choosing McDonald 's. And that 's the thing isn 't it? These businesses take for granted that customer 's have a choice. We all have a choice, so when we CHOOSE to patronize YOUR establishment PLEASE take the few seconds to welcome us the right way and let us have a good impression of your employees and your establishment! When customer 's witness good customer service that is a reflection of the training and management. On the flip side of that, when the service is poor it is also a reflection on management and training so what side of that coin do you as a business want to fall on? Food for thought...
The large, African American woman with cornrows, who goes by Bri or Dante, is most likely the manager and should be dismissed. Whoever hired this incompetent and rude manager should also be let go. She lacks understanding of proper customer service and restaurant management. When I addressed her poor performance, she responded with profanity. She needs to be removed from her position.
I was treated very badly with your manager and one of the employees disrespectful at McDonald's Hartford Connecticut Albany Avenue I'm never going back there again unless there changes been made
