Domino's Pizza - Hartford

I would give this restaurant a 0 out of 5. They advertise carside delivery, but don't actually provide it. I specifically ordered for carside delivery because I had my 1-year-old with me and it's difficult to navigate inside. Despite having already paid, I had no choice but to go inside to pick up my order. The food was good, but the lack of actual carside service was disappointing. If I ever order from this place again, I won't pay until I see that they come out for carside delivery. If they don't offer the service as advertised, then why list it at all?

I ordered pizza and wings from this restaurant, but unfortunately the chicken was undercooked and caused us to become sick. I do not recommend ordering from here. When I called to address the issue, the manager was rude and unhelpful. My daughter and I both got food poisoning after eating here on March 18th at 4:50 pm. It wasn't until the next day, the 19th, that we started feeling unwell. My daughter had severe diarrhea and I have been vomiting all day, unable to even keep water down. The lack of accountability from the staff is concerning. This establishment should be shut down and all employees, including the manager, should be let go.

This Domino's location in Hartford, CT is the best! I order from them weekly, and they never mess up my order. The employees are great and very courteous. Online ordering is the best option because you can choose exactly what you want. Just make sure to double check your order and add any extra sauces before finalizing it. It's silly to be upset over missing sauces - we all make mistakes. Next time you order, don't hesitate to ask for what you need. Keep up the great work, Domino's, and keep making delicious food! 5 stars!

This place is the worst place to order their pizza. I put an order online with contact less delivery and the delivery driver parks in the middle of the road want me to get all the way there to get my food. as the call they ask for my address and the manager said that the driver in the nights must not leave the car. So why do they have a contact less delivery I do not allow drivers to leave the car. now he went out with my food, had a problem with this same supplier. When I asked him why he can't come to the door, he said he was afraid of his life. So they'll tell me why I should go to the car. at the scar of kyblife tooo. now domino on farmington at posting this on all social media platform, so ppl in ct can be aware of you.

The pizzas are ok most of the times. You can tell when they are busy from when they are slow based on the outcome of your pizza, hence the ok. They would have gotten a 4 if the place wasn't so visibly dirty. Looking at even the glass area they serve your food through makes you regret ordering in the first place. If the visitor area is nasty what's going on in the areas we can't see.
