Dairy Queen - Hartford

We really prefer DQ over Culver 's and McD 's; however, the service, accuracy and attitude of the workers at the Hartford location is really disappointing. Tonight our order was wrong on both burgers and milk shakes were totally chocolate milk . My husbandpointed this out and then watched through the drive-thru window the workers yell complain to each other as they argued whowould remake them. In addition, our order of onion rings had 4 rings. What the heck?!?! We once were young and had starter jobs but we also had pride in ourselves and our work.

We had 2 double cheeseburgers and onion rings for $13. Tasty and good value

Great burgers, chicken and of course ice cream treats.

I ordered an ice cream cone, and the employee that made it, put my cone in the other employees faces playing with my food. I asked for a refund. I honestly don’t want to post the reason.

It's a good replacement for Culver's when Culver's is down
