Chango Rosa - Hartford

The food was fresh and served quickly, and the server was outstanding, effectively promoting most of the dishes. The atmosphere really transformed Hartford into a vibrant place, positively so. Honestly, what can't Jamie McDonald do right?! He is a significant influence in the Greater Hartford restaurant scene, and the flavors remain true to those from the original Bart's! Bravo!

Changa Rosa excels in every aspect. The food is fantastic, the staff is friendly, the atmosphere is inviting, the drinks are excellent, and the prices are reasonable. The laid-back, casual dining style, where your plates are already on the table, allows you to enjoy your meal at your own pace—whether you want to eat a little or a lot, quickly or slowly. It's such a great place!

I highly recommend visiting Chango Rosa! The food was absolutely incredible! I tried the fish tacos, and my girlfriend had the chilaquiles, which she loved. The atmosphere was original and trendy. We will definitely be coming back again! Two thumbs up!

A simple menu with great flavor. Fantastic service on a slow karaoke, happy hour evening. If Conrad is there have him mix you a delicious cocktail.

Great food, nice portions. Brisket taco was wicked good as was the Mexican corn. Pork belly pincho with chimichurry and slaw was perfectly balanced. Super cool locale, was there for lunch w my kid but looks like a great place to hang out for the evening.
