Let us sitting at the drive thru fort 10 minutes before evening helping us. We were the only person in the drive thru and there was 1 other car there. After paying they had us pull forward and wait on food; left us waiting over 10 minutes for 1 biscuit and a burrito Service: 1

Horrible experience. They lost our ticket we waited for 20 minutes and got cold food. I took it back in and said I wanted freshly cooked food. The line was long, yet while we were waiting, several employees kept coming out to another employees car to vape while they were all supposed to be working.Hartford city Indiana McDonald's is the worst.
