City Diner - Harstad

The best place to have a drink if they like heavy music

Full of bums but cozy outside in the smoke area in contrast to any other pub here.

We were newly arrived into Harstad and looking for a cafe for dinner. We came into this place and asked the bartender if they served food and he said no (or rather he shook his head so either he didn 't speak English or more likely didn 't want to) so we walked off. Maybe I misunderstand the term diner and what that implies but for me it tells me that they serve food, so either they didn 't want my kind or they don 't. either way, probably time for a change in the name of the place.

So my friend had a birthday. We wanted some rock music place. Yeah we got it. But just that You may like bear or not You may enjoy smiling face of barman But this place is just not cozy So we had our one shot and than went hunting another place

So far I know that the only place in the harstad for 18 years to get a drink music was ok and they have 2 floors, first stage is the bar aera, while second stage dances and party
