$73 for an extra large including extra toppings, delivery, and tip. Came undercooked and definitely failed to meet expectations for this cost. I am convinced this was a frozen delisio The Pizza place in harrowsmith was unfortunately closed today but their pizza is way way better than Genos. Lesson learned.. Edit. I called and they did offer to replace the pizza, but I would’ve had to wait and send this one back to verify that it was indeed undercooked. Way too much inconvenience for me to solve their problem. Edit #2: owner called to see how he can make it right which I appreciated (especially for a holiday) and offered a credit for the value of the pizza. Seems fair, but I declined because we don’t live here and tbh I’ll never go back anyway. Too bad it took a negative review to get resolution. Upping to two stars for his effort.

Tonight, we ordered the Giant and experienced rude customer service. They had to remake the pizza because it came with the wrong toppings, and then it had to be baked again twice since it was raw. There were no apologies or acknowledgment of the issues. On top of everything, the pizza had very little cheese—many slices were only about three-quarters covered—and the sizes were all inconsistent. Some slices were large, while others were less than half the size. It’s such a shame that what used to be a decent place has gone downhill. This definitely isn't worth $45.
