Mcdonald's - HARROW

I ordered delivery from this restaurant and unfortunately, the food arrived damaged by the driver. The wraps were cold and the burgers and fries were also cold. If England continues to entertain these disrespectful individuals from India, it will become like a second India. These individuals from India have no regard for customer service and are completely useless.

The fries are consistently cold or appear to be refried. The service is slow and this McDonald's is the least accommodating one I've ever been to. The staff members are rude and even shout when you ask them a question.

I had a delivery from Just Eat, which was delivered promptly. Unfortunately, McDonald's did not include all the items in my large order. When I contacted the manager, Kulufi, she explained that they could not rectify the error as I needed to contact Just Eat, despite it being McDonald's South Harrow's mistake. She refused to correct the order and insisted that I contact Just Eat instead. After 20 minutes of back and forth, I had to hang up and eat my now cold burger and chips, while my son went without his meal. The manager showed little concern for the issue and kept repeating that I should contact Just Eat for a refund. This was not the first time I had experienced this problem with their customer service. I would rate this experience as below one star.

Just picked up breakfast and when I got home noticed I had brown sauce instead of ketchup in my muffin and a latte instead of a hot chocolate, someone on the line is still asleep, shame as the food was good but spoilt my experience due to wrong order .Not hard to get it right first time , Macdonalds must try harder !!!!!

As a regular customer, I can say that I will keep giving them my Custom. Courteous Helpful Staff. Nicely cooked Burgers. SUcculant Flavour. Thank You once Again.
