Lovely pub, lovely staff, great location, fab food and fab beverages

Based on the reviews on here, my wife and I made a trip to this pub for beer and food only to find the car park blocked by concrete blocks. The pub appears closed and there’s a sign asking for new tenants so we’re assuming it’s temporarily closed.
