Royal Baths Chinese - Harrogate

Eating was incredibly good. everything was freshly cooked and unprecisionally presented..staff were attentive without being above the top. the building and the decor was stunning! yes, it is expensive. but it is worth pushing the boot for this.

Amazing restaurant, I can't recommend this place enough. we were made to feel very welcome from the owner. celebrate a special birthday many thanks to royal baths we had a fabulous evening with great food.

Great eating, but prices arent. I assume that the rent in the building of the royal baths must be high, that is the only reason I think of the crazy prizes that this Chinese restaurant invites. the portions are so small, so the worth for what they get is atrocious. we went as a group of 4. none of us had drinks, we just ordered to eat. and for 60 pounds we all starved. we ordered 3 starters, 3 main and 4 rice dishes. sharing that tells you how little they give you. the ambiente is beautiful and gives them a look into a time that is over. I think this place is really only good if you want to visit the building of the royal baths. eating was really good, so it was a bit dry. if I had spent 60 pounds on müllfutter, I would have been angry.

Good eating shamed the price. had the set menu for 2 £18 per plus £4 extra for the duck. that was excellent and we went full. the last bill with a few drinks and the 10% service fee was £70 and there are better restaurants in harrogate that cost less. we also felt rushed when the waiters tend to float over them when they take their last mouth the tellers are taken away and a minute later the next cure comes. we're going back.

This place is amazing. the staff is excellent and so friendly. the food was great and among the best I cost.
