Khans Balti House Takeaway - Harrogate

Ordered food strictly stated NO ONIONS and they arrive with ONIONS. Phoned to complainant all he did was argue the point that there were no onions and they DON’T use white onion it’s all over every mix man I’ve ever had. He proceeded to tell me it was cabbage knowing fine well there is a member of the family with a SEVERE allergies to ONION. I’m not an idiot I know onion when I see it. I’ve put a picture on the photo section which clearly shows ONIONS even a piece of actual CABBAGE next to it. The food this time was terrible, the chips were hard the chicken nuggets couldn’t even be bitten into by my 5 year old they were that hard. It’s very disappointing as Khans is usually very,very good. It was our go to place for a takeaway.

Ordered a donner kebab no option to add salad or sauces so assumed would come with, but no!!! now I have a dry kebab, after speaking to them it’s not there fault I should of written that I wanted that in the special request box, I’m pretty sure a bit of salad and chilli sauce is not a special request with a kebab!!!!

Very tasty food but 3 attempts to get my order correct and too expensive its cheaper to sit in at Starbeck tandoori
