Bidrage med feedbackWas in the area camping so looked up for a local takeaway rather than cook every night. Ordered on line(dead easy) and called to pick up at the time specified when order placed. Everything we ordered was excellent, my only criticism would be that I would have liked mine a little hotter but that's personal preference and would probably have been catered for had I specifically asked. Would certainly recommend and will certainly use again when in the area.
Before dining at a new location, I always check out reviews on Tripadvisor. One review mentioned a long wait for the food, but praised the quality. I also experienced a wait, but considering it was well-cooked Indian food and there were only two staff members, it was understandable. If you plan ahead and order earlier than usual, you may have a better experience. Having tried Indian food all over the country, I can confidently say that this restaurant is among the best I have ever had. I highly recommend it.
I absolutely love getting takeout from this restaurant. My favorite dish is the Chicken Dansak, which is delicious. My oldest daughter always orders the Chicken Korma, and they even make a special curry sauce for my youngest that's just right - not too spicy or too sweet. The friendly service over the phone and in person is always fantastic. The portions are generous, so there's always leftovers for the next day. Perfect.
I'm not sure where the previous reviewer visited, but this restaurant is a takeaway only, with no seating available other than a comfortable sofa to wait for your order. The food is consistently delicious, the service is friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. Overall, I highly recommend this place.
When 3 of us arrived we were asked whether we had booked. When we said no we were asked if we could go back later. We replied no we were shown to a table in the empty restaurant. Service was good, the menu looked interesting and we ordered. Sadly the food was bland and lacked the interesting flavours normally associated with Indian food. One other couple came in whilst we were there otherwise it was empty. Not an experience to be repeated.
