Subway - Harrisville

There was only one girl working behind the counter when it started to get busy. She handled the situation excellently, taking the time to chat with each customer and the sandwich was delicious!

The restaurant has poor service similar to the management, and their operating hours are not convenient. However, the food is enjoyable.

We frequently order lunch from this restaurant but are never satisfied. They consistently get our orders wrong, ignore special instructions, and fail to notify us if an item is unavailable. We will not be returning.

I always order online through the app. I Always order at least a half hour or more before i want my food. At Least 3x now my food has not been prepared on time. My co-worker and i have limited time for our lunch breaks and count on our sandwiches being done when they say they will be done. Waiting another 40 minutes isnt an option while they serve walk in customers before us. Terrible customer service, get your orders straight Subway.

Started going to the Harrisville subway when Oscoda's went way downhill over the past year. (From auto adding a tip to being out of bread) Although it's usually out of our way to drive to Harrisville, it's well worth it to get our order (and payment) right and never had an issue since we made the switch!
