Daylight Donuts - Harrisonville

We arrived late and found that many of the donuts were sold out. If you want to try a wider selection, I recommend going early. However, the staff did their best to accommodate us and provided excellent customer service. The donuts we did try were delicious!

I absolutely love this place! I think their sausage rolls are the best, and the donuts are incredibly fresh.

Every time I visit the city, I notice the long lines and read the glowing reviews about this place, so I finally decided to try it myself. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed. The donuts tasted just okay but had a strong, unpleasant oil flavor. I figured it might just be me, but all four of us felt the same way. As for the breakfast burrito, they simply reheated them in the microwave, wrapped in plastic, and they weren't good at all. Overall, I was quite let down. I really don’t understand all the rave reviews—maybe I’ve been spoiled by better options in my own city, or perhaps it was just an off day for them.

I had a craving and decided to go on a Sunday morning around 9:30. There was quite a long line, which was expected. The experience was okay, but honestly, it wasn't worth the $66 we spent. We ordered two dozen sausage rolls and a dozen donuts. I get that prices are going up everywhere, but this was a bit much. The staff was friendly as always, but I can’t justify spending this kind of money on donuts. Next time, we’ll look for another place with amazing donuts that are a bit more affordable, like Big Daddy's.

I had a frustrating experience at the restaurant. There was no menu with all the available options, so I ended up trying to order based on a list I found on their Facebook page, which had many more options than what was advertised. As a first-time donut buyer, it was quite disappointing. They really need to improve their website!
