Fantastic experience, in walking range, though the rain sadly prevented that. Delicious, fresh sandwiches and homemade potato salad. Options for how much meat goes in your sandwich. Very affordable, too.

I walked in to ask about gluten-free, and they asked if it was for celiac. They said they would follow protocols and change gloves. The cook handed my sandwich to me personally so that no one else would touch. I have a reuben and my husband had the rancher, non gf. I will post both pics for comparison. Delicious! Place was busy and well liked by locals.

This place has amazing sandwiches and the staff are always friendly. We drive out of our way to eat here. ???

Wonderful little deli off a side street in downtown Harrisonburg. Unique sizes not by bread size, but by the weight of the meat in the sandwich! Example: a medium sandwich has 6 oz. of meat (I went with a small), and it’s still a great price! Check them out!
