CiCi's Pizza - Harrisonburg

Good quality and cleanliness, but the interior really shows its age. Especially the seats that are very unpleasant.

Unfortunately, this restaurant was not maintained and it was quite obvious. Seats, tables, walls, floors etc. are far overdue for repair. The food was just as there was little change in the evening we visited, especially cheese and pepperoni, and several empty places. We ate here on a regular basis years ago, often for fund owners, and it only has to close for a few weeks to go an urgently needed remodel. I'm sorry to share this, but it has to be said.

Came with our two children under 3. We ordered two adult buffets and let them know that our children were under 3 who should be free as specified on their menu on the wall). The employee repeatedly tried to add a $1 fee for every child for drinks, and we said he didn't need drinks. He went and asked the manager who said that? the buffet and drinks is a whole fee?. Apparently, children under 3 no longer eat free in Ci?s. Also disappointed that free water from the soda fountain is no longer a possibility for a drink. They pay either for soda or pay for a bottle of water.

Who is C.C. Pazzini? That?s the million dollar question. I love coming south because there are a few places that I don?t have in the Northeast. One of those places is Cicis. Plenty of parking at this location. The inside definitely needs an upgrade or paint job. They have a huge selection of pizzas they keep switching in and out. I have requested a specific pizza before and they have made it. They akk ok do have breadsticks, salads, pasta, etc. This is not five star gourmet pizza. If you?re expecting that, fughetta boutit. If it?s made fresh it is good. It is what it is, cheap buffet pizza. Although the price has gone up with inflation, it?s still a great deal. Mondays are .99 for kids with the purchase of an adult buffet.

We went for the nostalgia but will never be back. The buffet is over priced for the lack of pizza available. This was the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been in. They didn?t bother cleaning up spills- just throw caution signs up. The staff was nice but it was obvious they didn?t seem an issue with anything going on. Don?t waste your money here!!!
