Bidrage med feedbackGreat food, great servicing! Place is clean and hygienic. Staffs friendly. Visited this place multiple times while our stay in Harrison.
On my first day at Harrison, I tried schnitzel at Black Forest and it was an absolute waste of money. On the second night, we chose to eat food at Yukiya Sushi and absolutely loved it. My favorite place in the village. Some of my favorites are: dynamite roll, California roll, vegetarian udon, vegetarian ramen and boneless chicken.
A quick walk from the Harrison hot springs resort you will find a little house shaped restaurant. From the exterior it looks more like a western styled restaurant than Japanese. And once you go inside the atmosphere doesn 't necessarily say I 'm in Japan . Interestingly enough they have Koran food and Japanese food here also. The blending of which I 'm not a fan of. The menu, similar to the other restaurants is fairly brief in the sense that there are a few items under each category. No specials that we were told about. Very average Asian restaurant. Good selections covered Japanese (sushi, teriyaki) and Korean. Pricing was fairly average for the area. And everything tasted ok. Also, to me pretty average. I 'm a big sushi and teriyaki lover so I 'd probably come back here. The service was petty average and what you would expect in a place that had this kind of vibe. I would say the entire experience was nothing to write home about. I will say the portions are good though, you will definitely Gary your money 's worth.
As a vegan and a meat eater eating together at a restaurant can be challenging. We needed a quick bite after our camping trip and decided to try this place as sushi restaurants usually have a good variety of both vegetarian and not foods. We ordered the veggie gyoza and thought they'd messed it up, as the first bite was meaty tasting and delicious. Turns out the soy protein they use is super fantastic and honestly some of the best gyoza I've had period. They're the deep fried style. The agedashi tofu was also cooked to perfection. Nice and soft in the middle and perfectly crispy on the outside. I had a couple of nice very fresh tasting wild salmon nigiri sushi also. Not sure what the other foods are like here but definitely worth a try next time we drive through.
This small restaurant in Harrison Hot Springs offers mostly Japanese dishes (sushi, ramen, yakisoba, udon, donburi, tempura) and a few Korean dishes. There are some vegan-friendly options on the menu; I had the seaweed salad, veggie roll, and cucumber maki. The food was pretty basic, nothing exceptional but also nothing to complain about. Portion sizes are quite generous, especially for the yaki udon. Expect to spend a little under 20$ per person (including tax and tip).
