I called in to order garlic naans about 50 minutes before I intended to pick them up. At first, my order was accepted, but when I arrived, they started arguing with me, insisting that I should have placed my order 2-3 hours earlier for that quantity of naans. If they couldn't fulfill my request, they could have simply said "no." I was very disappointed with the customer service.
