Red Lobster Harrisburg

We had an excellent waiter. She was very attentive and quick to respond. Food was Good. I have not eaten in a resturant in quite a while. It was a pleasurable experience. Look forward to returning.

Just the standard Red Lobster. Food and service was decent, but nothing exceptional. My waitress was a bit passive aggressive in response to some of my dietary requests, but overall was fine. Surprisingly, they had very limited options for salads only Caesar available. In spite of these faults, my steak was cooked perfectly.

Service was good but food not so much. I had the crunch lobster with soy sauce but turns out the soy sauce was hot sauce so my meal was not as enjoyable as I had hoped. My grandson had the chichen which was very dry. Overall, the food made our experience at Red Lobster not pleasant. Highly suggest the management eat the food being served to determine what is causing the problem.

When I got to Red Lobster I was told they don’t even use Open Table by the manager. We got there at 5:40 and my open table was for 6. People who came in after us got seated before us. Limited menu, slow service but our waitress was great.

The food was great but even though we did the call ahead reservation when we got there we were informed that they no longer hold a reservation but rather put you in the queue but they said the reservation moved us up a little bit but we still had to wait over an hour before we were seated.
