I tried the food truck on the opening day of the Beaufort Hunt and the lasagna, chicken piccata, and tortellini were all delicious. The Italian rice ball was unlike anything I had ever tasted before. I will definitely be returning to the truck when it parks in Colonial Park.

I am so happy that we had the food truck in our neighborhood tonight! Thank you for cooking our dinner tonight. The portions were huge too. We tried the pork, gnocchi with beef ragu, and shrimp Alfredo.
