Friendly's - Harrisburg

Excellent service waitress and staff were friendly and food was good. It was a very clean location .

What an awesome experience. This was our first time dining at a Friendly's. Our Server Vicki was amazing. We had 4 adults and 2 children in our party. Vicki was very attentive and did a phenomenal job. Our food and desserts were perfect. I highly recommend stopping here.

Awful service. My wife and I walked through the door around 7:30-8pm. Maybe about six employees looked at us several times in the 5 minutes we spent standing there. There were hardly any customers, nearly every table was empty which made this even more awkward. One employee was laying down on the barstools to the left of the main door, on his phone. One employee was just watching tv in the dining area. Nobody said anything to us, no “someone will be right with you” or “ill let the hostess know you are here”. Nothing like that. Finally a waitress looked very annoyed that we were standing there, walked toward the kitchen and yelled out “people are here!”. When the hostess finally came out there was no apology or anything but she was very nice and welcoming. Where we were sitting, the employee who was watching tv kept walking back and forth from the kitchen to right next to our table to watch the tv. It was very annoying and uncomfortable. Food was prompt and good. I would recommend this place for takeout but not for a dining experience.

Excellent service and excellent food! My waitress was bombed when she was the only one at the time, and she told me I was fine. Nevertheless, we were out in less than an hour. The food was hot (except the ice cream) and absolutely delicious!
