Dunkin' - Harrisburg

They don?t know how to put sugar in coffee I guess? I tell them 6 cream and sugar, every other Dunkin? can get it perfect except them. I don?t know, but they need help. Service sucks as well. Don?t go here.

No Boston creme as usual for dunkin stores. But not a bad place

This dunkin is TRASH maybe it's the new workers but, last week I went 3 times.....I like to give a place a chance before I leave a review. They messed up my order 3 times. The third time Matt was working I ordered snackin bacon, hashbrowns and a iced MOCHA. They didn't put mocha in the coffee it was just regular coffee. The bacon and the hash browns were COLD cold like they have been sitting out and they didn't even bother heating them like cold where the grease was white mind you I was sitting at the window for 15 minutes AFTER PAYING. When I drove back around the lady at the window said you have to request to have the bacon heated up as if I've never been to dunkin donuts ??‍ it's bacon WHO gets bacon cold?. After I told her that doesn't even make since she proceeded to argue the fact that when you come for bacon you have to ask them to heat it for you make that make since.

Went to order a coffee and some donuts, yanno, what one would expect to find stocked at such an establishment. But no. Instead, with each type of donut I named, reading off what their menu listed as options, I was met with uh sorry we 're out of ____ donuts ...I left wondering if perhaps this was one of the locations who I recently heard about breaking child labor laws, and of letting go of under aged staff had left them unable to produce donuts at a rate to rate to satisfy customers... then realized I was the only customer in sight and so no, they 're just a donut-less donut shop???

Im really not sure why this place was rated so low. I took my kids inside and all of the staff was nice. They carried out my food to our table and were kind to my kids. Food was made up like any other Dunkin. My daughter just wished they had sprinkles for the donuts.
