The restaurant was nearly empty, yet it still took about five minutes for anyone to recognize that we were waiting in the lobby. After that, we waited another 20 minutes for our food. By the time it arrived, the chicken was rubbery and cold. I recommend going to Jack's instead; it's just down the street and offers similar menu options. Food: 1/5 Service: 2/5 Atmosphere: 3/5.

This Popeyes location is incredibly disappointing. It seems to be closed more often than it’s open. When it is open, I’ve had to wait an hour for my food after placing my order, even after being charged. While I expect to pay at the counter or drive-thru in a fast food setting, this place has taken poor service to an entirely new level. I can't emphasize enough how badly it’s managed. The franchisee really needs to be held accountable by the franchisor. Did I mention the service is terrible?

The staff at this restaurant are very pleasant, but my orders are consistently incorrect. I'm always missing something. I confirmed five times that I wanted the 4 pieces they offered, but the cashier rang me up for a 3-piece order. I reiterated that I wanted 4, and she assured me it was in the bag, but it wasn’t. At this point, I can expect to receive one less than what I ordered every time. Moreover, they frequently run out of the items I actually want.
