Richmond Dairy Bar - Harmony

My family and I were in need of some Chinese food so we stumbled across this small, family owned restaurant.

Soft ice cream is the best,i have tasted many but this place stands out by far,take service is great lots of food for your buck.

We planned a trip to the western half of the island. This spot was perfect for lunch. We all enjoyed our food, and the staff bent over backward to make sure we had everything we needed. There is a covered area with tables, which was especially nice because it was raining. The menu was your basic drive-in fare, but it had PEI flare with a lobster burger and a fried scallop sandwich. Everything was prepared well, and we left happy.

Go for the ice cream!!! Chocolate dipped cones! My husband says the poutine is good too - the fries are just mcCain and not that great though in my opinion.

I guess choosing something else from ice cream in an ice cream counter is what it gives. We took the popcorn chicken, it was good. But the accompaniment wasn't really. peas, carrots and a piece of wet bread... and fries not good while we are on the island of the patate. bof.
