The Garden Grill - Harlow

Have been ordered by gartengrill for takeaways a few (maybe too many) paints in the last few years, I only use for this, but they have an app, I just eat if I have a problem, goes for every takeaway. I order! my way to order is the huh schish the Turkish brot is always really delicious, the dips compliment and the chili sauce is hot! I love the salatboxes, I always dig the red dove in the basic to make my own Turkish brot and chicken salad wraps! recently we have tried one of their shaders for 4 of us, it was very good, and it has fed 4 hungry adult! the choice of different meat was a nice change to my usual chickenish! the chicken-done meat was succulent (although with my chicken salad wrapped the ribs crazy and the wings a really delicious side! I look forward to my next barbecue mix!

Order was wrong, employees were extremely rude when we asked for exaggeration, told us we would be banned from ordering if we left a bad review - would not be ordered again anyway after we were talking

We waited 2 hours for our food to be delivered, even though we was told an hour? We was also told multiple times that the delivery would be “1 min” we called the restaurant 4 times to have the same conversation with different staff members...who were all extremely rude!! “not our problem” was used on the last conversation! Which was shocking! the food arrived cold, and after finally talking to the manager we got the food for free, which makes business sense seeing as it would have been sent back otherwise! But even that was a struggle! the food was ok reheated, but the staff and the driver were extremely rude and left a very bad taste in all our mouths…. To the manager: you need to put all the people who are representing your company through some form of customer service training with the attitude they currently have, you will 100% not see the business grow the way it should, as the food you provide is usually at a very high standard!….

We frequently order from this restaurant. It is likely on the pricier side, but the food is always ready quickly when we pick it up. The online ordering system is user-friendly.

A regular customer who had a problem with an order. first I asked what I want...whethervily the right order, but then not familiar and they asked for the food back maybe to give the next customer. I have many. time has been in this takeaway and eating is good, but the customer service is horrific when eating again, they gave it incomplete what I called and they said they had run out. no apologies and the woman on the phone has lost another customer. Never.
