Crystal Palace Golden Dragon - Harlow

This is my favorite spot to dine at all times. I'm so happy it's reopened. The seating area has been reduced due to a recent fire, so they recommend booking a table in advance.

I ordered by phone and received my food in just 15 minutes! It arrived hot and fresh. The meal was absolutely delicious, not greasy at all, and had a great taste with fresh ingredients. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Very impressive, very enjoyable, I loved it 100/100.

I brought a family dinner for £40 pound more like £1.50 in the bin ,The delivery was quick but the food was not fresh and not good quality it must of been made in bulk.No One in my family liked the mains so we had to have the rice. The food was cold.But at the end of the day I am happy we had food

We ordered a family meal with half duck, chicken chow mein noodles, and other chicken and vegetable dishes. The man who took our order was very rude to my daughter and spoke loudly to be heard by everyone. Despite this, we paid £57 for the meal. When it arrived, the duck was dry and unpleasant. The noodles, usually tasty, were also dry and lacked flavor. When I called the restaurant to complain, the same rude man suggested putting sauce on the noodles to make them taste better. I mentioned that the duck was usually crispy on the outside and moist inside, but this time it was hard and dry, possibly left warming up for too long or overcooked. His response was unhelpful and the overall customer service was very poor. This experience fell short of the 5-star rating.

Food was so poor they must cook in bulk shambles really not one thing was fresh and they love deep fryer by looks of wont be going here again
