Starbucks - Harlingen

They are always busy, but still provide good service. I can wait a few minutes, but a few times I waited 50 minutes, were they want you to go tell them that you came for an order and they say, ok, wait in line.Food: 5/5

The coffee is always hot and fresh! Their snacks are so delicious as well.Food: 5/5

Harlingen Starbucks are terrible and customer service is bad. Every time we stop and my husband tries to get his strawberry trap, they always tell him they're still out of the strawberry tree. I'm sorry you'd suggest another way. You just have to go and pay. But yet we can go to the Starbucks in Weslaco and wow they have a solution. The manager repaired a strawberry trap with a syrup and omg said it was better. Now the place and service is better. Maybe Harlingen needs a make-over or workers need time and remember that they are in the customer service industry and a small courtesy goes a long way. Harlingen Starbucks is not going on

The latest change in decoration for this location is absolutely disgusting and uneed. It literally feels like a whale greens when I look there. The change is excessively blanding, just like everything is just a washed-out beige color, nothing stands out and everything just mixes in an extremely bright colorless chaos. It is such a strong contrast to warm lighting and the comforting colors of the original and its worse in every respect.
