Little Caesars Pizza - Harlingen

Had an online order and when I came there, they have left me an extra 20mins waiting and then don't get the order right when the rude non-helpful manager named Lisa could not offer any sort of resolution, except a free soda I don't drink and not out. worst customer service ever!!! And I have to wait 15 minutes more for the missing?, Very terrible management Lisa!!!

They made my order. Very polite young man and he even told me that God bless you when he brought my order to my car. I was very impressed! Thank you for your good food and great prices!!

Went Monday afternoon and ordered 3 hot and ready, bread with sauce and bbq wings for the kids. They told us it was about an 8 minute wait and told us to drive to the front. We had no problem with that since we prefer the food fresh, but while were waiting we noticed there were a few guys back there with the employees laughing and joking around without uniform so either they didnt work there or were not on the clock so shouldnt have been back there in a group talking while the food was supposed to be being watched. We saw two men walk out and walk back in and this lasted a while as our food wasnt brought to us in 8 mins as said. It is very unprofessional, dirty and unsanitary with this virus going on, its bad enough the employees dont wear gloves or mask and then to have extras in there with them, not too clean. Then worst part is we thought we waited so long for fresh food and i guess since they were talking so long our pizza was burned and hard and they gave us hot wings instead of bbq, so disappointed and disgusted with this visit :

Will drive to this location because it's the best service. They never come up with excuses when I order everything fresh. Including breadsticks. You can tell the difference when they're not fresh. Other locations say they just came out, never here have they told me that. Always good friendly service and always great food!!

Buy far the best little Caesar pizza in Harlingen Consistency when making bread sticks Pizza are same thickness all the way through My biggest concern, is they have types of pizza that are supposed to be hot and ready from 4pm to 8pm. I have now had to park and wait 3 times in a row for these so called hot and ready options. Just take the hot and ready off the signs if you are worried about throwing away pizza. look at your sales by day, see what more ppl are ordering that day and shift pizza selection to those types to hot and ready.
